Take boiled and squeezed spinach in blender,add basil and corriender leaves, green chilli, lemon juice and salt and make paste
Take lamb chops in a bowl,add spinach and corriender paste,written all dry masala with salt and curd mix well and keep it in fridge for atleast for 4 hour for marinate, if marinate whole night it's enhance it's taste
When chops are nicely marinate,Heat grill pan to the highest possible temperature,keep out chops from fridge,brush with oil,grill chops from both side for 10 to 15 minutes.
When both sides cook nicely,is ready to serve,serve hot with green chutney for more taste
Sprinkle some red chilli flakes,chat masala and squeezed lemon juice over the top for more taste
